Consecințele canonice ale depunerii din treapta preoției — slujirea unui preot depus

Just as the divine nature and the human nature meet in Christ, two other dimensions meet in His Church: sacramental and institutional. The balance between these two realities has its origin and inspiration in the Trinitarian perichoresis. For this reason, the institutional dimension does not limit the sacramental identity, and the mystery of the Church does not keep people outside of everyday reality. Canonical consciousness gives the Church a normative dynamism. The Church assumes order and good understanding as an important objective in its manifestation and receives pastoral experiences in accordance with the teaching of faith and its pastoral and missionary demands, in what we call the canonical tradition.
