In our study we try to underline some important meanings of interpretation in the sacred text. Regarding this significant issue, the starting point of our analysis has in first plan the language of the Scripture and its particular specificity. Moreover, we are untrusted that the principles of a true interpretation of the Scripture have as starting point the word of God and its reception in the missionary work of Saint Apostles. Later, the process of interpretation had been applied in context. We remember here the methods of Alexandrine and Antiochian Schools. Therefore, we have an allegorical and literary types of interpretation. In the modern age, the biblical hermeneutics started to receive and apply the historical-critical method, with an overview in the real context of life and culture from biblical times. Another method was the literary one in which its sympathizers regarded Scripture as literature. Regarding the theological tradition of interpretation of the sacred text, we have a strong background in the patristic method. In this concern, we had remembered in our present study, as an exemple, the contribution of Saint Ephrem the Syrian.
